Our VEX team receive an amazing send off

Friday was the last day in school for our VEX team before their trip to Dallas. To mark the occasion, we were visited by a number of our sponsors who came to find out all about VEX and to take part in a special assembly. We were joined by representatives from the North East Automotive Alliance, CYMK, Komatsu and Waterstons.

The team did a great job of telling the visitors all about their robot, what the competition entails and how excited their are for the World Finals. 

During assembly, the school were presented with generous donations to help us to achieve our STEM goals.
