Metro Radio Interview

Since finding out that they were going to represent the United Kingdom at the VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, our VEX IQ team has been working hard to raise awareness of their trip and the importance of STEM.

They loved their visit to the Metro Radio Studios in Newcastle town centre where they were interviewed.  The only thing more exciting than being interviewed was listening to themselves on the radio for the very first time.  This video captures the moment beautifully.

It was lovely for the team to be able to share the moment with their friends from Bill Quay who will also be in Dallas at the World Championships. The children did a fantastic job of telling them all about their robotics journey, their achievements and, most importantly, their upcoming trip to Dallas for the world finals.
