Tiny Tasters Visit Nursery

At the beginning of term, our nursery children had a fantastic time taking part in a food workshop with Tiny Tasters. The children made delicious Sweet Potato Lollipops, using a wide range of practical skills including cutting, measuring and stirring.

 

They explored different ingredients such as sweet potato, cheese, egg, cumin and thyme, learning about flavours and textures along the way. The children were fully engrossed in the activity, showing great concentration, confidence and enthusiasm as they worked together.

 

It was wonderful to see how proud they were of what they created and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this hands-on cooking experience.
