Wardley's Pit Area is up and running

Each of the competing teams at the World is given a designated pit area as there base for the duration of the championships.  It is up to the team to set it up and decorate it as they see fit.

It is important that the pit area is somewhere that the team can rest up between events, but, also that it looks inviting as we are expecting lots of visitors to come calling. 

Thank you to all the parents who travelled with the team who set up the pit area.  The signs that were use were designed by Sam Baker and produced and donated to the school at no cost by Apollo Banners. 

The team and their coaches were blown away by how amazing it looked.  It certainly attracted lots of visitors who wanted to find out more about the team and life in England.  We have already made loads of friends and had some really interesting visitors.
